Frank and Chip at this location always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Their entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and highly skilled at what they do. I’ve been bringing my 2015 Equinox here for over a year, and they have consistently taken great care of me and my vehicle. They always make sure I understand what repairs are needed and help ensure my car stays safe and reliable on the road. I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and dedication to their customers. I can't thank Mavis Tire enough for turning a really stressful day around! I walked out of work to find a flat tire and thought my day couldn't get any worse. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Calvin, who was so patient with me throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. His kindness and excellent customer service made a horrible day so much better. Tire going flat. Pulled in to check tire pressure. 30 minutes later Frankie had good news that it was a nail and repairable. Free brake check. Everything looking good and back on the road. Don't take chances with low tire pressure. Pull in to Mavis on South Boulevard and ask for Frankie. Very reasonable labor rate and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you do need tire replacement or brakes, Mavis offers name brands like Goodyear, Firestone, Michelin and also economy and off road options. Clean waiting area. Cold Air Conditioning. Clean restrooms. Walk to Dunkin or restaurants if needed.

I had a fantastic experience at the South Boulevard location. Booking my appointment was incredibly easy, and I was able to schedule my oil change the day before without any hassle. I arrived a little early for my appointment, and they took care of me right away. Frankie was the service advisor who helped me, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt pressured, and he made sure I understood the services being performed on my vehicle. What really stood out was the level of customer service. I accidentally missed the call that my car was ready because I had fallen asleep, and the shop was getting close to closing time. Frankie went above and beyond by personally giving me a ride to the shop so I could pick up my car before they closed. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, including another gentleman at the front desk whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch.
